1.solution means the process of finding all values of the variable that make the equation a true.<<<:y=-5x+10 is a piont you will get on the graph:x cna equl 2.and since 5x2=10 the number 2 is your solution.
2.y=-5x+10 if you were to plot it or point it on a graph the lines would most likley itersaect or cross each other.
3.that i understand a system of equations is a equation with the same variables.ex.:like all the varables would be like"g"or"s"..
4.that maens that if there is 2 seperate equations but both will equl the same answer so it means the equation=the otherequation so there the same thing.
5.ok if there both gonna equal the same thing it would look like you were working on two seperate problems but you are actaully working on the same one that is what it means....i think..i dont know but im trying

1. 2 is only a solution for x IF y=0. A solution is not the process, but it IS the answer that makes the equation true.

3. A system is more than one equation.
4. I think you got this one right... It doesn't make the entire equation equal to the other, but your one answer is true in both equations.
5. =) And you totally get the points for trying... but a solution to a system is the POINT where the lines intersect.
